Steam Pot Chicken Soup is listed as an intangible cultural heritage of Yunnan. The iconic dish is prepared in a hand-made Jianshui clay pot at YUN NANS. Only a special breed of black feet chickens is used and pressure-steamed for 3 hours without adding a single drop of water. The unique cooking technique results in a soup that is clear, delicate, nourishing and robust in flavour without leaving a greasy aftertaste.
Highly recommend – has just the right amount of spicy. Very faithful and legit Yunnan flavor. Place was clean, very frieandly service. Offers free membership with rebate for next visit.
